2.1.2. Lawfulness of processing
The processing of your data is based on your consent you freely gave at the time of the registration for the PRIME services. (Article 6, paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR)
2.1.3. How we collect your personal data
We collect your personal data during the registration process directly from you. The accuracy of the data is subject to what you enter into the relevant fields.
2.1.4. Processing by or on behalf of IPC
IPC only stores and uses your data so that you can access the PRIME website and services.
IPC will not disclose your data to any internal or external parties that is not engaged in managing the services or the supporting the technical infrastructure of PRIME.
2.1.5. Automated Decision Making
There is no automated decision taking activity performed involving your personal data that IPC collects from you.
