Structuring PRIME in a way to ensure smooth operation across all sectors needs the oversight of committees and task forces. This helps us effectively respond to any issues, which are all ultimately overseen by our PRIME Board, General Assembly and Management Team.
The Committees are:
Political: chaired by Royal Mail, Israeli Post
Product Development: chaired by Jersey Post
Task Forces:
To resolve issues fast and handle urgent tasks requiring the intervention by members, the Board agreed in 2018 to create ad hoc Task Forces, chaired by members or by the Head of PRIME, that work for a limited or unlimited time as required. Below are the active Task Forces:

Pudo: chaired by Hongkong Post
Reports Enhancement: chaired by the Head of PRIME
Tracked: chaired by Jersey Post, India Post
