Cinzia Neri has over 30 years' experience in the international postal industry. Having chaired and participated actively in many global working groups and committees for UPU, PostEurop, IPC and PRIME, she is an advocate for open collaboration and has negotiated many agreements across teams and borders. Cinzia has a strong background in sales and operations and has held senior positions in various corporate functions within Poste Italiane, such as Marketing, Regulations, and International Agreements & Relations.
With a Master in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Milan and graduated at La Sapienza University of Rome, she is also a qualified mediator for pre Court Controversies. Among her achievements, Cinzia has introduced new products to market, from initial concept to commercial launch, and promoted the development of e-commerce services. She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French. Recognizing the need for international cooperation to create success in cross-border packets, Cinzia oversaw the Poste Italiane membership bid to PRIME. She was appointed as Head of PRIME in March 2016.
Joni Sunikka has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration at the Laurea University of Applied Sciences. He has a strong background in Business and Operations, having been working for over 17 years for Posti Finland. He covered various roles such as International Operations Manager, Development Manager, Sorting Manager and Operations Supervisor. Joni is native Finnish speaker, fluent in English and can speak also Thai and Chinese as he has been living in Asia for over a year. With his over 17 years’ experience both domestic and international postal industry and representing Posti Finland in IPC Upgrading Committee (OUC) and Interconnect Operations Working Group (IOWG) he was appointed as PRIME Operations Manager in May 2021.
Michiel van Meerwijk holds a Master of Business Administration degree at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He has over three decades of international commercial experience at the Swiss Bank Corporation, at PostNL and at Spring Global Delivery Solutions. His roles included Key Account Management (KAM), Marketing, Procurement and Project Management, for mail and e-commerce. Thanks to his strong analytical skills and eye for customer needs, Michiel developed creative new business solutions to contribute to the success of his clients, in teamwork with internal and external stakeholders. This generated millions of Euros of revenue. He lived and worked in Eastern Europe and Asia-Pacific for the Universal Postal Union, doing strategic and operational consultancy projects and marketing/sales training for dozens of Designated Operators. He represented PostNL in the IPC L3 KAM working group. Michiel is fluent in Dutch, English and German. He was appointed as PRIME Business Development Manager in June 2024.
Huang Li Chung graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a distinction degree in Information Systems. He worked as the manager for the Universal Postal Union Regional Support Centre for Asia Pacific for 4 years supporting postal operators in Asia Pacific to establish track and trace systems for UPU mail services. Li Chung subsequently joined the Asia Pacific Post Cooperative for 19 years working on several key projects. He was involved in delivering regional initiatives for projects related to express, eCommerce and quality of service improvement for postal members within Asia Pacific. He is fluent in spoken and written languages for english and chinese. He was appointed as PRIME Analyst and Administrative Expert in April 2023.
