Where can I find the flat files?
Flat files contain the raw data that is used to calculate the reports. This information can be downloaded every month from the server using the following link: "https://ftp.ipc.be/login.htm"
You can access it as follows (The password is the same for all agreements):
For Exprès: PRI_XX (XX being your country code)
For Registered: RLT_XX
For Tracked: TRACKED_XX
When can I expect the monthly PRIME performance reports?
For the productions of the performance reports the reporting period is closed the calendar day before the 9th working day (midnight CET) in Belgium. The production run starts on the 9th working day of the month. The reports are expected to be delivered on the 14th working day of the month.
