El GCSS permite a los equipos de atenci\u00f3n al cliente interactuar de forma r\u00e1pida y fluida y ofrece un sistema de seguimiento y localizaci\u00f3n muy poderoso, que proporciona a los agentes de atenci\u00f3n al cliente todas las herramientas que necesitan para resolver los problemas con rapidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">El GCSS cubre las consultas de seguimiento transfronterizo de paquetes (Certificado, con Seguimiento, Expreso, Asegurado e IMRS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Se trata de un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n optimizado entre los centros de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de los miembros de PRIME para garantizar una respuesta r\u00e1pida al estado del seguimiento internacional de paquetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los datos de seguimiento se capturan a nivel de env\u00edo\/consignaci\u00f3n y todos los miembros de PRIME comparten los mismos est\u00e1ndares y objetivos de calidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Todos los miembros de PRIME tienen acceso en l\u00ednea al GCSS.
